The FEDERATED-PET project is led by two 3IA Côte d'Azur chairholders, Olivier Humbert (Centre Antoine Lacassagne/Université Côte d'Azur) and Marco Lorenzi (Inria).
FEDERATED-PET is a research project in artificial intelligence which aims to predict the response to immunotherapy of patients followed for lung cancer and to personalise the therapeutic strategy to improve the quality and life expectancy of patients.
The project started in November 2022 and will last 3 years. It involves 8 French hospitals, 4 internationally renowned research centres and is the 2022 winner of the Translational Cancer Research Programme (PRT-K) of the French National Cancer Institute (INCa) - Direction Générale de l'Offre de Soins (DGOS).
