A learning experience designer, Laura Franco Ramirez, joined Université Côte d'Azur in July to help develop EFELIA Côte d'Azur's courses and training programs.

We asked Laura to introduce herself in a few words:
I am Laura Franco Ramirez, EFELIA Côte d’Azur’s learning experience designer, and I am thrilled to work towards democratizing AI education!
Having successfully completed two Master's degrees, one in Foreign Languages and the other in Instructional Design, I have been evolving and growing for the past 5 years within the fields of education, training, and educational innovation.
First, I gained valuable experience as a Foreign Language Instructor at various public and private institutes. Driven by my passion for learning experience design and innovation, I subsequently pursued a specialized program at Université Côte d'Azur. There, as an intern at the Centre d'Accompagnement Pédagogique, I collaborated with university faculty to create learner-centered blended and online learning experiences. Later, as a trainee at Istéa Conseil, I actively contributed to developing training programs that integrated innovative approaches and technologies, such as adaptive learning.
My decision to join the EFELIA Côte d'Azur project stems from my interest in AI and its transformative potential. I am intrigued by the possibilities that arise from democratizing access to this technology and how it can contribute to society.
