3IA Start-up Deeptech program

The Partnerships and Innovation program of 3IA Côte d'Azur aims to promote the transfer of technologies and expertise from Côte d'Azur academic research teams through the creation of innovative companies, via its call for projects "3IA Start-up Deeptech program".

Fostering the creation of innovative companies

This call for projects is open to projects involving the development and valorization of technological and scientific assets related to research work conducted within the teams of 3IA Côte d'Azur partners. It aims to support innovative company creation projects known as "DeepTech".

The objective of such a program is to support the creation of young companies in the DeepTech fields. The allocation of a grant of up to €200k enables project leaders to meet their needs in terms of human resources or equipment.

The support amount can reach up to €200K distributed across two phases:

  • Phase 1 – "Start-Up Entrepreneur": €100k. The first phase "Start-up DeepTech Entrepreneur" aims to enable the transformation of a DeepTech technological concept, derived from research work by 3IA Côte d'Azur members, into an innovative product transferable within a start-up in creation.
  • Phase 2 – "Innovation Partnership": €100k. Subsequently, the second phase "Innovation Partnership" supports the growth of this same start-up after its creation, with the goal of taking a step forward in the production of technologies developed in phase 1 on an industrial scale, or consolidating diversification opportunities necessary for the company's future.
