The 3IA Côte d'Azur is hiring an Administrative and Educational Project Officer.

Your responsibilities

  • You will support PhD students and postdoctoral researchers funded by 3IA Côte d'Azur (assistance with administrative processes throughout the thesis)
  • You will maintain the Institute's database of PhD students and postdocs
  • You will ensure administrative monitoring of teaching hours for PhD students, postdocs and 3IA chair holders
  • You will monitor KPIs for the training component in collaboration with various stakeholders (schools/institutes, doctoral schools, etc.)
  • You will contribute to implementing various management processes for special status 3IA personnel (postdoctoral researchers and chairs)
  • You will assist the Institute in developing the 3IA training program
  • You will participate in facilitating Institute activities (contributing to organizing 3IA events related to training)
  • You will manage the alumni network maintenance
Special requirements: Occasional travel at regional, national and international levels; occasional work outside standard hours

  • You have proficiency in:
  • OSE (an asset) and computer tools;
  • Written and oral expression in English and French;
  • Managing topics using a "project management" approach.

Professional background:
  • Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar position
