Two Prizes for François Delarue

François Delarue and René Carmona received the 2020 Joseph L. Doob Prize for their two-volume set Probabilistic Theory of Mean Field Games with Applications, I and II, published in 2018 by Springer in its series Probability Theory and Stochastic Modeling. The Joseph L. Doob Prize recognizes a research book that makes a seminal contribution to the research literature. More information here.

He was also rewarded the the 2020 Maurice Audin Prize for Mathematics. It is a French scientific prize created in 2004 by the Maurice Audin association in order to strengthen Algerian-French collaboration in mathematics. More information here.

François Delarue is a 3IA chair holder and professor at the research laboratory of mathematics, Laboratoire JA Dieudonné (UCA). We congratulate him for this well-deserved award!
