Melinda Falicon, educational engineer, joined the University Côte d'Azur in November to contribute to the development of courses and training programs at EFELIA Côte d'Azur.
My name is Melinda Falicon, and I am an educational engineer within the EFELIA project at 3IA. I am filled with enthusiasm at the thought of contributing to the formalization of artificial intelligence education on a significant scale. My academic journey began with two bachelor's degrees, one in musicology and the other in psychology with a specialization in educational sciences, complemented by the completion of a master's degree titled "Practices and Engineering of Training." These learning experiences have shaped my skills in the design and implementation of innovative educational solutions, thereby strengthening my expertise in educational engineering.
During my master's program, I had the opportunity to undergo an apprenticeship at the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service of Alpes-Maritimes, where I actively contributed to the development of a new distance learning platform for firefighters in the region. I was also involved in creating educational modules aimed at enhancing their learning throughout their training. My enriching practical experience also developed my skills in project management and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The EFELIA project represents a new challenge for me, and I am proud to be part of this initiative, leveraging my knowledge and skills to contribute to the success of this project.
