François Kucheida, MOOC learning designer, joined the University Côte d’Azur in October in EFELIA-3IA Côte d’Azur.

We asked François to introduce himself:

“Hello everyone!

Well, I was born in the north of France, in the Pas-de-Calais, a stone's throw from a few coal slag heaps and “corons” (old miner's cottage). I finished my first studies in Brittany, where I passed a Master's degree in land use planning, and then I moved around a lot. I lived in the Pyrenees and in Colombia, where I started working as a French teacher and designing online courses.

Back in France, I went back to school to get a degree in French as a Foreign Language (FLE), focusing on French for Specific Purposes (FOS). Afterwards, I moved to Auvergne, where I gained experience in learning design of online resources, working for organizations such as Osengo by Aformac or Frate Formation. I also worked as a training coordinator, in charge of creating Moodle resources in French at the AgroSup Distance Learning Institute, where I was committed to developing innovative content in the light of the digital age.

I'm now in the Alpes-Maritimes and delighted to join the 3IA Côte d'Azur Institute. I'm looking forward to take part in this great adventure as represented by EFELIA project, and to ensure that as many people as possible can be trained in today's and tomorrow's AI challenges.”

Welcome to the 3IA Côte d'Azur Institute!
